San Martin agreed to take on a job. He did part of the project that was approved by the town, but has promised over and over again for many weeks to complete the job and has not delivered for months. I have taken time off work many times to be here for the dated San Martin promised he would come and complete this job. Every week for the past 2 months, he has scheduled and no showed me and he never informs me that he wont make the job.
