No recommendation other than BAD. He is super high sales pitch and priced and applied way too much pressure saying the deal was only good for today. He didn't want another contractors bid the next day. Went with him and totally regretted it. I successfully got them back to try to fix two issues and his circus crew came with out a ladder. Other contractors were amazed how amateur they were. Roof still leaks to this day and has to be totally fixed again. He is as others said rude and immature. Just wants money - way too much for what he deserves.

John P Gentilcore Contracting sided our house and we have found many problems. His employees hung gutters too low and water flew right over top. They did not install drip edge along the roof line before installing facia leaving exposed wood that is now rotted. One of the main problems consisted on our back porch. We uninstalled the vinyl to put up trim for a new railing and exposed a 2 ft x 1 ft hole under our rear porch window that exposed our interior drywall and insulation. They installed the vinyl right over top of the open studs without fixing the hole first from where we installed a new window. He assured us that they would take care of anything bring covered by their products. The absolute worst $27,000 we ever spent. Installed flashing too short, didnt't use enough nails around windows, all of our windowsils tilt in instead of shedding water off, siding bulges under all windows and I could continue. He was the highest price of the three bids we received but talked the talk.

We had a John Gentilcore put on a new roof for us. They did a poor job with flashing--we had leaks. They dumped a bunch of nails down one or more downspouts, causing us serious problems with water until we figured out the problem. He disappeared after failing to complete a number of other jobs for us, all partially completed. I consider his behavior unethical.

BEWARE!!!! Did not install the correct windows, even with the wrong windows one had scratches and fog. Contract clearly states what windows were to be installed. When we contacted John his reply was "I drove past your house and the windows look wonderful, that's all I can say." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! They are the wrong windows. Three separate windows were to be installed as per request and stated on contract. Instead 2 longer windows were installed. Not what we ordered, buy hey they look wonderful and that's all he can say! Beware, he is way overpriced and takes advantage of older people. If my mother had consulted in her children before hiring him for the second time.....we would have told her what a ripoff he was the first time around. So disappointed in this so called business man. But hey, that's all I can say!
