Beware this guy is what contractor nightmares are made of! We not only spent 3yrs working with him to refurbish a 1400sq ft cottage that was never finished, or inhabitable but also lost valuable time and money. He doesn't hire professionals he hires anyone off the street, substitutes items chosen for substandard products, breaks things and doesn't repair them, doesn't show up when scheduled and I could go on! Just learn from our mistake! He has been doing this under so many different names, company names, family names (advanced construction, j.gordon, etc). Cant get licensed or permits in his own name either and doesn't keep insurances. I can't understand how he keeps going!!

First class operation all the way. The company came in gave me a reasonable quote performed on schedule and completed the project for amount agreed-upon in contract. Would recommend them every time.
