We had a terrible experience with this builder. He will not return calls or texts and is not at all receptive to customer ideas. Needs to build spec homes in a cheap neighborhood. He has very outdated taste. No attention to detail. Had some subs who made very bad mistakes and he took no ownership over their work as would not help us with changes to fix mistakes. Made our experience horrible. I would NEVER recommend this guy! Find another lot!!!!
