Very poor quality. Very poor service. House cheaply built. Moved in 4 months ago and have had nothing but numerous headaches and problems. After being in the
House only a month, we had waste water backing up
Into the tubs and shower. We have had a water leak in the kitchen that damaged the cabinets and drywall. If you call for assistance on the weekends you get brushed off and told to call back monday, (and this was by John Howard himself). We have also had electical issues, with a light switchthat shot sparks when
