We have also specialized in many homes for the Specially Adapted Housing for Veterans through the Veterans Administration. We are completing our last two units out of 198 in Windham, NH for over 55 residents.
First phase was Whispering Winds, 80 units. Second phase was Windham Meadows, 60 units. Last phase was The Villages at Windham Meadows, 58 units.
Also, completed an adult community of 40 units in Hooksett, NH called Webster Woods.

Had an extremely bad experience with John Slavin, when I complained in a letter to the NH Attorney General’s Office, Mr Slavin had his lawyer send me a letter asking for $100,000 for complaining to the AG. My new condo had a leaking roof, water in the basement and power outages. My lawyer asked Mr Slavin to buy back the condo and he refused. I received harassing phone calls in the middle of the night, did not feel safe and moved. The condo association later added drainage, fixed a leaking swimming pool, and dug up parking lots to find septic tank covers not installed to site plan specs. The builders offer of a one year warranty against defects was s sales pitch, and many of the originals buyers sold and moved out.
