  I meet John as my sons new neighbor, we became friends in a short time. He told me that a friend bought out His Company and he had a non-compete with new owner. I think his license are revoked and he has on goin cases of money received but work not performed if you look up legal history.. Resolve he had his daughter open Short Track Roofing he ran it but she owned new company I hope this is the case she has property to go after with lawyers help. I had hail damage and John is called not knowing his ever so dark way of life., I get first insurance check for 9,600 he has me stop at southern shingle and pay for my own shingles and felt. He says he will start work in 2weeks. I gave him 4700 cash , shingles stay on ground in extream heat for 5 weeks. I got a text Reciept for the 4700 after several failed no shows John finds a Latino Crew to do his job for cheap. I asked for a receipts of his total charge of pre recorded amount of 16,500 on his company letterhead to give my insurance company. He shows up mad about something (maybe he is afraid of letterheads) and tells crew to stop work and rip off my shingles and felt and dump old shingles in my driveway . New crew that John promised to pay 110 a square to tells John , I don’t answer to you I answer to God. I called 911 and John leaves in a hurry. 911 responding officer tells me of a lady he just scammed 2 months ago for 7,000 ballpark . The Latino Crew that John Calls Gilbert that’s not his name by the way, were a God Send. John was 10 square short on his estimated takeoff he also didn’t bring the ridge vent, silicone, new plumbing boots, 16 penny nails exc. exc that he promised while on video…Basically John did not pay his hired crew for their work performed after 2 attempts on 8.6.2022, my wife ran to Telco and got a signature loan to pay for Johns crew now my crew, 10 additional square and ridge cap. She was so upset she cried at the bank the whole time.But guess what if you screw a righteous God Loving God Fearing family that has cameras that are high resolution and a company phone that can get every lie printed off. Well I will be your huckleberry baby boy, waiting on attorney general and pro bono lawyers to take down one of the best wolf in sheeps clothing I have ever meet that is on felony probation. . Latino crew was hired , worked for John 9 years ago on 2 houses he paid them for 1/2 of 1 per conversation and threatened them on second attempt to collect. He said when John called begging for help on 8,4,22 he felt peace that it would be ok . It was ,I paid Johns Dept. but he helped expose one of the best con artist this world has to offer.   Complete home renovation

  Absolutely not! Mr. Kelley started a home project for me, promising to finish on 11/20/2020. Here it is a new year, I paid him the money to get the project started. Mr. Kelley has yet to purchase the materials for my home. I am still not in my home and it is not 50% finished. If you call him he will promise to return in a couple of days, but is not dependable.
