    Build New Construction

    Horrible! Beware! Been over 2 yrs building new home in Navarre, Fl. He said would have home built in 6 to 8 month's.. went over 30days at time with no work action at all. Many subs claim builder owes them money from other jobs. A heating & air company filed a lien on our house due to going a year & never paid. Refused to come back to install AC unit & start up ..company refused to install since never got paid..Notifief AC Co all our bills paid thru local attorney. They claim builder never told them, they gave him the bill, he never turned into atty to pay thru our construction loan. We posted review, builder found out about review & lost 2 contracts then approached us & askef to remove was costing him jobs. Agreed to remove if would finish our house.
    Its been months, still work not completed so we can close..Had to renew our construction loan 3 times...costing us a fortune. Builder also claimed would have house completed 3-1-2020..so put primary home on market, sold in 6 days...new constuction was no where near complete..had to move out, get rental house for 4 more months & 8 storage units..costing $3,000 mo. Wont reimburse..he had agreed to reimburse some of construction loan interest...that's still not happened..several repairs needed that have been promised for months...We have been robbed of over 2 yrs of our lives in turmoil...Builder will not put a completion date in contracts..our attorney said same contract states builder will work diligently to construct home which voids contract when its been over 2 yrs and still not closed out!..Beware!
