A tree fell on my house several years ago. We had john king and his crew repair the damage. He subcontracted half of the job and had no real control over the project. I had 2 chainsaws stolen from my barn by his workers and his only response was " I'll ask my guys about it"
The gutter was installed so that the water flows AWAY from the downspout. One attempt was made to correct this problem with no improvement. They installed lag bolts through the outside wall that came through the bedroom wall. Shorter lags were installed but the holes were not patched. One of his subcontractors would not finnish the job that he wad paid to do. John suggested that I deal with the problem. When I told him that he was the one that hired the man and that it was his resposibility, he got mad and left the job walked away from the job, leaving it unfinished.
We had to pay somebody else to repair his mistakes.
Poor workmanship, stolen property, and a complete lack of professional attitude make this guy a poor choice.
I would NEVER recommend him.
