  John Lazorack has done several excavating and septic jobs for me over the past few years. He recently completed another. John can be relied on to be there as scheduled, and complete the work in s timely manner. If any unplanned issues come up he will work through them. He’ll do whatever it takes to complete the work to your satisfaction. Several other acquaintances have used him for other building, roofing, and remodeling jobs. All of the work was high quality. I highly recommend John.

  Addition remodel, Windows and doors siding and deck

  I highly recommend John for any home-improvement work I recently had a new septic system installed new siding installed new windows and doors installed including reframing a roof and a new deck. John’s work is always been up to the best standards. He’s honest and always on time. His work always goes beyond expectations.

  John installed a new roof on our home and did a superb job. He provided a competitive quote and followed up right away. He did exactly what he said he would do, didn't nickel and dime me for extras like many do and his communication before, during and after project completion is far and above from many that I have worked with over 20 years. I look forward to having him work on my next project. Very refreshing.

  New bathroom and a remodled with new tile, vanity and lighting

  John recently built a new bathroom and remolded another. His work is impeccable. John comes on time everyday and cleans up each day. Besides being honest and an all around nice guy, John explains and answers all your questions and concerns. His work is outstanding. We are so happy with the job.

  John Lazorack is a very talented tradesmen! He has proven many times his knowledge of construction, excavation, plumbing, and general constracting. My father started using John many years ago and I continue to call him today for anything that needs repaired at our Lake Wallenpaupack cabin. He has installed our septic holding tank, hot water heater, fixed broken pipes, installed rain gutters, built a 12 X 20 deck and countless other small jobs. John also helps maintain the roads in our association and provides help for many of my neighbors. John is the most honest and conscientious person I know and always does the job right for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any job around your home or cottage.

  New Roof, and Septic Sewage Tank issue

  John Lazorack is the right person you should hire if you want the job done right with quality the first time. He spends the time telling you what he will be doing and why. He doesn’t cut corners and try to be the lowest cost or the fastest. He will also explain what would be the issue if you did go with lowest cost. Once he quotes the job: that is what the cost is; ……. no extra hidden fees and / or “ that will be an Additional cost”. If you want something changed after the fact; then that becomes an additional quote. He has done two major projects for us. One a septic tank sewage issue; and one a new roof. Both at the cost of the quotes. It was nice to come across someone who still appreciates quality and take pride in a job well done. He has now become our “go to guy” for projects around our house.

  Finish basement, build deck, siding, window

  I have hired John several times in the last few years to build a deck, install a hot tub, finish a basement, replace a window and frame. He is an excellent contractor. Does his own work and cleanup. He is honest and does great work. John will do it right with an honest price. Great dealing with him. Highly recommended.

  We have already recommended John MANY times! He just finished our biggest project ever replacing our windows and vinyl siding the house. We made some changes which were billed separately keeping the proposal on track. Upstanding and responsible man. He has been our go-to man for years. John is talented with big machinery as well as hand tools. He has solved drainage issues and dug our foundation for pilings. he has been solving water line problems in our association for a decade.
  We are grateful to have found John many years ago.

  John Lazorack has done several projects for me including excavation for an underground tank, roof repair and mounting a 300 lb. barn door. John is the best contractor I have ever found. He is an excellent problem solver and always does the job right. I highly recommend him.

  ROOF

  JOHN PUT A ROOF ON MY HOME ,ON BUDGET, YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT CALL JOHN. WHEN JOB WAS COMPLETE MY HOME LOOKED GREAT AND HIS WORK AREA WAS SPOTLESS WHEN HE LEFT.NOT JUST A GOOD ,HONEST WORKER A GREAT GUY ALSO. THERE IS NOTHING THIS GUY CANT DO.
