John Mack of Mack Painting came to our farm in Winder GA wanting to paint out barn roofs. After he told us the product was an Epoxy Paint mixed in two parts and had a 10 yr warranty we let him price the job. First he said it will be about $4,500 and my dad that’s 75 years old told him that was a bit too high for now but to leave us his card. He them said that he would do it for his cost of $2,700 because he had 250 Gallons of the Epoxy mixed for a job that ran long and if he didn’t used it, it would be trashed. My dad told him ok do the job for the $2,700 about 30 minutes latter his crew showed up. His guys started spraying and it looked very thin not anything like a thick Epoxy paint. So I went and ask John’s employees what brand name Roof Paint they was using and was told they didn’t know but would call John and Ask. One guy went to call John I stayed on the roof to take pictures of their work. I ask the man spraying the Epoxy Paint how it was mixed and he said he didn’t know, I ask how you use a product you don’t know anything about? I never got a response from him. The Man that called John Mack came back to tell me it was Uniflex 500 Epoxy Roof paint. I went and looked up the Uniflex 500 and found that if they was the product being used it was not being used correct they did not prep work like Uniflex says to nor was it applied at the 2 Gallons Per 100 SF or 32 Mils Wet thick as required by Uniflex. After a lot more unanswered questions John said they would be back on Monday to finish. After lots of calls we still have not seen him. He is a fake and big Rip Off before you hire him email us for more info and pic’s of his work. [email protected] Thanks James The News paper and Fox has ran a Rip Off on his guy now.

We hired John Mack to seal our rusty garage roof in November 2010. They did very fast work, and gave us a 10 year guarantee against rust or leaks. . Done in less than an hour. Missed several areas, Called him 3 days later to let him know the roof is very blotchy looking and I would like it re coated. John said, let it dry for a week, it will even itself out. It didn't. I have called and spoke to John on several occasions, he said he will come and redo the roof. It's been over a year with no results. Now his phone number has been changed and we still have a rusty blotchy roof. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Hope we get some satisfaction.
Beware, that company does not do good work, does not stand behind their warranty. And will not return your calls. -

We are a small non profit and hired John Mack to seal our indoor arena. He is a fast talking southern boy who tells you what you want to hear. He offered us a 15 year warranty on our roof. We hired him and within a week the roof was still leaking. He will not return any of our phone calls and will not come back to fix the roof. We now have get our attorney involved and go to the Better Business Bureau.
