John Mitchell and his superintendent, Jim Roberts are very dishonest, crooks and liars to name a few things that can be posted. If you plan doing business with this company please have an real estate attorney look over the contract before you sign it. I sure wish someone had advised me not to do business with that company. The company stole thousand of dollars from me and he personally caused me so much mental anguish. I have been in my new "custom built" home since September 9, 2019 and I still have numerous mistakes that he has failed to correct. Example: no window screens, no caulking around the sinks, etc. Now, we're told the company has filed bankruptcy. They got me in the pocket where it hurts most. John Mitchell would not even be in the conference room at our closing.
