  Nice construction built my house fifteen years ago and over the years I had him back for additional work, I can’t explain how professional he was in his workmanship and quality of work. I also trust him to be at my house without me being home. ( I gave him a key and alarm code) John can do any build or repair without calling in subs, so you know who is doing the work. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

  I cannot say enough about John. My project consisted of an entire kitchen gut and remodel, a new roof over the main house, a complete rebuild out of a large porch roof, new heating system and electrical. He was organized and thorough from start until finish. John not only listened to my wishes, but added suggestions and input that improved upon my design. He was not the type to just do whatever the customer wanted even if it wasn't in their best interest.
  John's work was impeccable! Even things that I thought were "good enough" were unacceptable to him. He was the type of professional that would not leave his name on something that might embarrass either him or me in the future.
  John was never out of touch and in fact answered his phone each time I called. He would often call me later in the evening to make sure that what he had done that day was okay and working out for us. He also kept me apprised as to what to expect as the project moved along. ie....if something was being delivered, if water needed to be shut off for any period of time etc.
  His work was also cleaned up each and every day to leave me with the least possible impact as I was living there while construction was happening.
  The fact is that I am absolutely beyond satisfied with John's quality of work, knowledge of all aspects of demolition as well as construction, and communication. I LOVE what has been done to my house and also LOVE the fact that my property value has increased significantly because of the work done. I have received many many compliments from everyone who has seen it. I'm glad the work is finished, but I'm sorry to see him move on.
