John incorrectly installed my two shower valves and a shower door and left me with leaking tub spouts, as well as a leaking shower door. I discovered the issue the night after the job completion and asked him to come back to fix those. He postponed several time and stopped responding my calls, texts or emails after 2 weeks. Now it has been almost 2 months and I still need to put a bucket under the spouts and wipe the floor & wall every time after shower.
