We have probably the worst experience with a contractor ever when we used this company and their team. We did a hall bathroom remodel and the work was nothing short of negligent. The lack of oversight on the job meant incompetent workers screwed up every element from the timing to the plumbing to the electrical. The fighting between Mr Phalen and the people on his team caused us to be in the middle and the job to literally be sabotaged. The tile guy poured grout into our toilet because he was angry at the owner. Every year since this job was done we have had to redo something. The electrician told us a chimpanzee must have done the job and it could have started a fire if we didn’t notice. The grounding switch wasn’t functional, the tub connection to the water pipe separated causing water in our walls - we had to redo the ceiling and wall Sheetrock. The tile is not properly laid - simple subway tile. I could go on. Don’t use and don’t trust this company or Our Dad can Fix. They never even bothered to reach out to apologize. They did show up for a check.
