Do not trust this contractor- John Qureshi (Najam Qureshi). Before signing the contract he will fool you with sweet talks, add on additional projects to the work and make the total amount big. He will then ask for upfront token payment based on the huge amount. If you are lucky you might see him after MONTHS. Whatever work he did was extremely poor quality, stressful interaction with no professionalism. He will also destroy the rest of the house with his breaking and leaving incomplete tactic. Even after full payment and waiting for over an year, he Never completed the job. We are left with torn down house!!

Dishonest, conniving, rude. A liar and a cheat. Illegal practices, poor worksmanship. Steer clear and stay far away. Search for multiple lawsuits against him, how the state hasn’t revoked his license is beyond me. Tears up everything, doesn’t complete anything. Lies, fails to show and when he finally completes work it’s done poorly and not to homeowner specification or previously agreed plans. Avoid at all costs.
