    My husband and I would highly recommend John Romans Construction. We loved his passion he had for our project. The interior designer he recommended was an absolute treat. We own one of the older homes in Upper Arlington. John remodeled our home; adding a master on suite and updating our kitchen

    Not Recommended! Worst contractor experience I've had in 40 years!
    They went way over budget and took twice as long to complete the job as promised. Most days the workers were on site about 5-6 hours a day. Then, for two weeks, in the middle of the project, nobody showed up. His allowances were tiny and then I was given a huge change order after the demolition phase. He stated that it took longer than expected and I was stuck with the extra cost because he underestimated the job. I will never do business with Romans again and I do not recommend them.
