This company is horrible. DO NOT USE!!! They came out 4 times to my home to repair a leaky shower and charged me again and again for work that should have been completed the 1st time. They burned and damaged my shower enclosure, which has now cost me thousands to remove and replace. They melted the surround that cover the washer & dryers water spouts, left a mess. The charged me over $300 for a part that I found on Amazon for $20. Total rip off, very unprofessional and told me they can charge what ever they want because I need them more than they need me. I plan to file a complaint with BBB and the Pinellas County Consumer Protection Agency. Mike, the manager never called me back about my complaints and they confirmed a refund for the over bill, but I never received it. They never refunded anything

I have a quote from a another plumber for all inclusive with a 1 year warranty. You guys wanted 700.00 for the same job and a 90 day warranty. May be I am missing something.
