I hired John Taylor LLC to paint my home, I was pleased with the painting of my home until approx 1 month after the painting was complete and I climbed up on my roof to remove pine needles again that I realized that he had not painted the top of my gutters, choosing to thinking this was just a oversight and not a case of she will never notice, I tried to contact him by phone several times to no avail. I then sent a e-mail outlining my concern and found that indeed it was a case of we did not paint it because you can not see it from road or yard, Mr. Taylor never mentioned that he did not paint the top of the gutter. I paid for a complete job and did not get and had to paint the top of the gutter myself.
