We are based in Pennsylvania but licensed in both PA and NJ. Our company was formed in 1979 to provide a high level of service in bringing reality our of our clients' dreams. We tend to design contextually, trying to fit in with the surrounding environment and enhancing the history of the area. We are huge fans of universal design, and seek to make buildings which will work for the long haul. We like to design homes that will work in all stages of life - both my Dad and His Father, who was a master home builder, designed houses for themselves with ground floor bedrooms, and both were able to stay in their homes until they passed on. In my grandfather's case, his house was designed in such a way that we was able to have others live upstairs as he aged without having to have contact or having the house have any other appearance but a single family dwelling. WE WELCOME CHALLENGES and have tackled the difficult with determination and success. We try to make our designs fit in the context of a neighborhood - we want the design to be memorable but not be inappropriate or an irritant to your neighbors. We prize function so that the house truly works for you - this is quite different from production homes which often deeply compromise function for other factors. You do not need a gigantic house tobe happy - we know how to proportion it correctly without a lot of wasted space.

John Teets Architect Employees
John walked us through each step of getting our building sealed. He was very informative and knowledgeable about different codes and townships guidelines. I would highly recommend him for someone looking for an architect.
