John Pryor has made our remodel a living nightmare. He was hired 5/1/18, with a retainer required of $1,400.00. He was hired to supervise entire job, to completion and retain permits. He has only put in approximately 7 hours and did not get any of the permits required. We found this out, when the Fire Marshall came for an inspection and informed us that we needed permits and none had been purchased. We made a few changes, regarding propane tank size, etc. which I'm sure a lot of people do. We have not seen John in over a month, and when he did come over the last 2 times, brought his new girlfriend with him, which I believe was very unprofessional. We are trying to figure out a way to get our money back and try and get this job complete. He left us high and dry with no idea what to do next on our project. Our kitchen is in shambles and we are trying to figure out what to do next. Bad contractor. His last email stated that he is going through a divorce, and his life is a lot worse than our kitchen!
