He promised to come out 3 different days after making excuses. Didn’t contact me Tuesday 12/22/20 as promised the week before so I had to contact him. Said he would be out Wednesday and would confirm time by 4:30 pm Tuesday. I didn’t hear anything so contacted him at 6:00 pm Tuesday and he wanted to move it to Wednesday. Wednesday he asked to move it to Thursday. Late Wednesday he wanted to move it to Friday. Told him Christmas Day probably wouldn’t work! He promised to show up between 9:30 and 10 on Thursday. No show and no response. Humm - maybe because I asked him to send me a picture of his license....seems contractor and plumbing licensing says his license expired 12/2019 and has not been renewed. Unprofessional, undependable and UNLICENSED. Wasted my time and now I can’t use my kitchen sink for Christmas dinner!
