    To Whom this may concern,

    My name is Sabrena I had my house built in Bridgemill Subdivision and moved in 2017.. I love my house but there were some things that after my house was built no one every came back to fit or came but but never fix them correctly. Nails the were popping out the ceiling, Squeaking floor, wrinkles in carpet. Dents in my front door which they replaced, but the painter was dropped off and left at my house all day. Then painted the door black on both side instead of just the exterior side of the door and that door was warped so it would not lock correctly. The sheet rock in my garage was not completed you can still see tape with no mud covering it. Here come the major stuff.. There was a pipe that came a loss, no it did not burst. These was not enough glue on the inside to hole the pipes together, so that separated have it got cold.. You heard me the pipes came apart an flooded my mother entire living space that morning. I called Jody he called the plumber and Freddie. The plumber came after 8:30 that night. Freddie didn’t come with fans to dry out the floor until the day.. Didn’t ask if he could help do anything, just dropped the fan off at the garage door and left. I had to call him back to ask for an additional fan to make sure the floor could get dry fast.. I’m so pissed about this AC mini split in the live space for my mother.. The first time I called Jody about this was 2017.. The mini split unit was not getting cold and was leaking water on the inside down the same wall 2018 I called Jody back again there was puddles of water on the floor AC not working . He sent some out to look at it again. My mother was in Florida for summer of 2019. Yes you guess it 2020 not working again. I kept all the pictures and the texts of the conversation I had with Jody. I’m more than mad pissed. My mother is in her 70’s and should be put through these types of conditions let along it being a NEWY BUILT HOME.
    at one point I ask for a replacement serval times, but I got a bandaid instead.. This unit is not working.. I writing this statement, because I feel I should at the least get a working AC mini Split.. I hope to have the matter settled between myself and Mr Blankenship, since no one else has made me hold with this issue.
