Johnny was my Christmas Angel in 2014. The electrical in my house went haywire 6 days before Christmas. Everything from power surges to no power at all and every little cracking and popping noise in between. After spending the weekend without power, Monday I called Johnny's Electric and Johnny was at my door Tuesday morning.
Upon my explanation of chain of events, Johnny knew exactly what the problem was before he even looked at anything....a wire had come loose inside the main box and was touching the other wires. Eventually it would have made the right contact and blown the power for the surrounding neighborhood and possibly blown up my house. Johnny called PNM reporting a life threatening emergency and PNM shut the main power off. Christmas eve was the next day and I was to spend the Holiday out of town with my mother. Johnny rearranged his schedule, working most of the day on Tuesday and contacted and arranged for PNM and the Rio Rancho City Inspector to meet with him to do their inspections on the vary same day so power could be restored before leaving out of town.
The company had to work late on Christmas eve and I think even some on Christmas day due to my emergency. They went above and beyond their scope of service for me, even did 2 follow up calls to confirm no issues had developed. And to top it off, discounted the final bill a bit. I believe that any other company would have blown me off and told me they couldn't fit me in until after Christmas and so my house would have probably blown up.
Johnny's Electric is without a doubt, very professional, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable in the field, possessing strong problem solving, trouble shooting, and
communication skills with the capability to think and react quickly in dangerous situations. They are also very caring, down to earth, honest people showing the utmost respect, compassion and understanding to their customers.
I highly recommend you call them 1st. and trust them to correctly diagnose, repair, and /or replace what ever your electrical problem may be, and do so without ripping you off, selling you something you do not need or lying to you for their gain or profit. A totally true blue and straight up company. They saved my Christmas and possibly even my life.
