On 08/19/25 I contacted Best Heating and Air (Johnny Sides) due to the fact that the fan on my central air in my home had quit working. He had installed the unit 5 yrs earlier. I called Mr. Sides at 09:25 a.m at which time he requested that I take a photo of the units serial and model numbers and text it to him, so he would know which parts he may need, which I did. By 2:10 p.m it was now 100 degrees outside and I had no further contact from him, so I texted asking for an E.T.A with no response. At 3:10 p.m still having no reply I called asking for an E.T.A to which he said he would be out in the early evening. At 7:40 p.m he still hadn't shown, so I again called twice to which he ignored both calls. The lack of professionalism it takes to leave someone sitting in 100 degree temperatures all day long waiting for someone to show up rather than say they don't have the time and/or interest in doing a job and it would be in their best interest to contact some else is astounding. I can only be thankful that we don't have the health problems that some other people and the elderly may that this could have had tragic outcomes on. This complaint is solely for anyone seeking references on a Heating & Air company and they may avoid the same lack of service we received.
