    Repair - nonworking HVAC

    Vic went above and beyond. There are not enough words of gratitude to express what a wonderful/amazing job he did. He was at my Mom's house for almost 5 hours diagnosing and repairing her HVAC on 8/21 (well over 100 degrees in the house).
    Long story short, my Mom had been hospitalized. The HVAC stopped working. My ex-brother-in-law attempted to fix it (without permission) and made the issue even worse (wires dangling, screws missing and etc). Most people would have walked away but we were trying to get our Mom home to start hospice. After figuring out why the unit stopped working (again very difficult as our ex-brother-in-law made a complete mess of the unit), he replaced the motor (after having taking everything apart to find the missing screws to mount the unit), blew out the drain line and topped off the freon, there was finally cool air blowing throughout the house.
    Because of all of Vic's hard work, we were able to bring our Mom home and she passed in her home (her last wish) with family around her.
    I highly recommend Vic and Johnny's Air Conditioning!!
