    John's roofing subcontractors are rude, disrespectful. They are not protecting the property with tarps from falling roof debris, nails. They broke my security camera, garage door window, garden lights.
    Left drink cans, cups on the property.

    Roof

    Appears that I've been "Stung" by this John's Creative roofing company saying that he never negotiated the Dumpster charge in his bid with my insurance company and insisted that I pay him. The next day I followed up with my insurance company only to find that he had included the charge . I called John several time to ask for my $600.00 back or to prove me wrong . But I have not receive any reply from him. With this thought in mind just what kind of warranty would I expect from John's Creative Roofing ?
    It's a shame since John is such a nice guy and his workers are well qualified. But John's lack of responds has tarnished my opinion.

    I can't say enough good things about John Baker and his company. When our roof was damaged by a hail storm in 2015, I obtained multiple bids for the replacement. Mr. Baker's company wasn't the least expensive but he was very thorough in his evaluation of our needs and we have a difficult roof due to the steepness and varying angles. His crew did a great job replacing the roof. We had one minor problem when a small leak occurred (no fault of the crew, just a difficult installation on a specially difficult area of the roof). John was very responsive and would not give up until the leak was found, repaired, and we were completely satisfied. We recommended his company to several other families in our neighborhood and understood he gave them the same quality job he gave us. I would not hesitate to use him again.
