Started in 1993 in Sevier County building custom homes for home owners to their specs. Also built and sold Spec homes. My work shows by my references that I have from numerous home owners after the home has been built. My reputation is based on the quality of work done by my sub-contractors that I have used. Some of them have been with me from the beginning and continue with the excellent work that they perform to achieve the quality results we have in the end. I work on a cost plus 10% basis. If I get a discount from venders this is passed on to the home owner. We return things we do not use and again they get the credit back. I try to save the new home owners as much as possible in order to make their dream home a reality. I have built custom cabins all the way to a 10,000 sq.ft. homes. Excellence is what we want to give and they are built like it was my own. State Licensed and Insured.
