Start with an entitled, rude, and highly argumentative individual. Add in subpar landscaping and grass cutting. Subtract the extra time you will have to spend cleaning up the mess. Add back the twenty minutes of John letting you know he’s a PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPER, arguing with you and any other neighbor that he’s the best of the best.
Or.. Save yourself the time and wasted money, and get a 13 year old with a lawn mower to cut your grass. It’ll save you from having to deal with this clown. Ask any neighbor in Penn Hills that gave John a shot and then never called him again.
