    I did not have the same experience as Johnathan C. They also worked in my building. They were very polite, clean, and professional, and any issues they had were resolved with remarkable speed. Our building had some leaks, but almost all were from existing building issues or the staff not doing their part. I would be curious about where Jonathan's building was, as mine was re-piped at about the same time, and some residents were unhappy about the project causing issues. Or they would do things, thinking they would get money out of it. We did not have anyone move out. The one major leak we had was from a tile guy, not the plumbers. We found out the residents often thought everyone was a plumber because it's a plumbing project. There are many other trades on site.

    Horrible! My condo association hired them for a riser replacement project.
    Faulty work done by a three-year apprentice was left unchecked, resulting in a leak that extensively damaged nine units. Damage was so bad that some unit occupants had to move out. Avoid at all costs.
