This was the works plumbing experience. They are dishonest DO NO USE THEM. The home warranty company sent them to fix a faucet leak. They came out and said they fixed it and left. 10 minutes later I came in and saw it was not fixed. Called back. They came back with an attitude saying it is fixed. I showed them it was leaking and they said that some faucet leaking is normal. They had the audacity say that it was fixed the first time and they charged me for the second visit. So I am out the cost of 2 visits and still have a leaky faucet. DO NOT USE THEM. If you do, don't say you didn't know.
