I chose Johnson and Johnson Building and Remodeling, LLC because they embodied the vision I had for maintaining the integrity of a 1945 house I wanted to restore while bringing it up to code and serviceability. We talked for hours and shared ideas about what needed to happen to the property. With an understanding that the project would move forward and change as new ideas arose, I signed a contract with Michael Johnson in August, 2012. On September 2, 2012, Mr. Johnson began the process of creating his masterpiece. During the time, he would often say to me, "I had an idea," or I would say to him, "What if...." and the wonderful home I now call mine came into existence. I refer to him as my Michelangelo! In addition to his own input for the house, Mr. Johnson advised me on landscaping and subcontractors. I could not have been more pleased with his suggestions. All work was completed in a timely manner and with great care. The materials used were of the highest quality, and every detail was addressed. I recommend Michael Johnson to anyone looking for a quality product at an affordable price. There will be no disappointments.
