It was great to have the owner Scott come to my house to give the quote! You feel like you will get personal service and someone who cares for your investment. Well, it ends there with Scott Johnson. He uses coming to your house as a pawn to make you feel like you are getting someone who cares. He leaves off replacing your drip edge to get his quote lower than the competitors. Once he has your first payment, he is done with you.
Scott’s crew will work unsupervised! I caught Scott’s crew hiding damage and violating the contract. I called Scott to make him aware. Scott had no time for me. I was yelled at, insulted and treated extremely bad. Scott’s own words, I don’t care about your opinions, they don’t matter to me, my time is money and you are wasting my time and money! Until he realized his crew violated our contract.
The facts are, The crew is left unsupervised the entire time. Scott says they don’t need supervision. I have proof they cut corners so they don’t have to come back a second day. ( time is money right Scott ) Because of no supervision, they damaged my screen house and tried to hide it. They also tried to hide reusing an old roof vent leaving different vents on my roof even though the contact stated he would replace ALL vents. They failed to order enough replacements. Instead of doing the right thing and getting a matching new one, they reused an old vent hoping they could slip it by unnoticed, cutting corners to ensure they could move on to the next job sooner $$.
Now they have to tear open my new roof to replace the vent. Johnson building company is not a company you can trust to do a quality or professional job. They will probably try and smooth this over with words but I have proof of their poor quality and lack of professionalism. Be warned! You will not be assured a peace of mind it was done correctly.
