Our AC system failed while we were on vacation. Upon returning we contacted three companies for estimates for replacement as our system was 16 years old and nearing the end of its useful life.
Of the three companies, Johnson was the lowest estimate. Shaun Johnson was the person that came to our home and did the estimate. He spent time explaining the options and efficiency of the systems he recommended.
We then selected the system that we believed fit our expectations and budget. This was two new higher efficiency Air conditioners and a new high efficiency furnace. One of the deciding factors was that Johnson could begin the installation within 2 days and the whole system would take just one day to install.
On the day of installation, the team showed up around 8:15 am and worked throughout the day without stopping and had the work completed around 5:30 pm. The work was excellent and the workers were polite and professional thru the complete project. In the end, they explained all the work they had done and covered the operation of the new system.
I would highly recommend you would consider them for any of your Air Conditioning and Heating issues. They were one of the best contractor’s that I have dealt with for the many projects we have had during our 17 years here in Missouri.
