This Jonson hvac old was no good. My heating cooling pump installed before six months now also not fixed. He comes and go. He talk every thing what ever like to talk

Johnson HVAC is a scam and everyone should be careful of using them. We had a hot water heater replaced by Johnson and now 3 weeks later we have scalding hot water or zero hot water based on the day. The install was shoddy and rushed and likely not installed properly and correctly. Temperature fluctuates hourly. We requested return visits and we get the owner Orville to show up but he doesn’t know how to drive and thrashes our front yard with his van. He then does not come in the house to look at the water heater but tells us he will call the warranty company to ask for another replacement with a brand name. Instead he tell warrant company we are complainers and that we are the problem and that there is ..io mechanical issue. He lied to us and defrauded us. Since Johnson will not pick up the phone or return our calls. We have been ghosted and cancelled by Johnson. Do not use theirs company. You will regret it!

Should be embarrassed by their quality of work. Damaged my ceiling due to installing a vertical/horizontal furnace unit that comes out of box for vertical install and requires reconfiguring of drains for horizontal install. They did not do this, nor installed it OVER the existing drain pan, so it leaked through my ceiling, damaging my home. They refuse to take accountability. They installed a gas furnace in my home that uses propane and did not install a LP Propane kit, lost over 50gal of propane in less than 24hours also endangering my family and home in the process.
I had to hire a professional to properly relocate the drain and pressure switch per installation manual for horizontal install. Also found furnace would have never needed replaced had Johnson HVAC actually troubleshot the issue instead of just replacing parts. Without heat for 2 months.

I would like to recommend Johnson HVAC. Orville was wonderful. He came in on time and he was very courteous and efficient. Finished our work quickly. Abbas

Horrible told me to replace floor for new toilet 6 months ago unable to contact owner to replace toilet to date. Never again!!!

I would highly recommend this contractor. Orville was wonderful. He was prompt, knowledgable, personable and highly trained. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Three times to fix an AC. 2 times no call no show, one time they showed up and just left before completing the job. One star is too good for them!

This company is affiliated with 2-10 home warranty! What a joke our ac had a leak and it was not fixed the only thing they did was put a armaflex over the leak and charged us $189.00. Who knows what they charged the home warranty company. I would not recommend this contractor or this home warranty!

Johnson Hvac is a well organized and knowledgeable company their was this kid named Quan that really knew what he was doing and i really appreciated his and their services

Quoted Fishbone Apparel, Inc $1000 to fix HVAC. Charged $1280.00. 28% More than the original quote.
5 Weeks later the Air conditioner still does not work. I guess we are headed to see the District Magistrate. Very Disappointed. I have a feeling they do not do alot of work and are not knowledgeable about different systems.
Hoping the Judge will give us our money back.

This company is an UNETHICAL business.
They were affiliated with CHOICE Home Warranty & were dispatched to fix an electrical problem. They had no expertise in fixing my electrical problem but demanded I pay them a $45 service fee for doing - NOTHING! They are also not licensed to do business in the City of Harrisburg. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
