Amendment to the contract outlines additional work to be done costing $375, which was not completed. Contract states "to run holley rack & sow grass seed from driveway to wood line finishing at garden near wishing well." After the lawn has been destroyed, they have not returned to seed the lawn. For a business that primarily works on "ones word", they have refused to complete their work, and have done an unsatisfactory job with work has been completed. Unfortunately, this business has already been paid in full, and multiple attempts have been made to have them complete the job, but their word has not held up. They have continued lack of attentiveness and lack of punctuality since they did not show up on a day they said they would finish their work; even more, did not follow up with a considerate phone call to state they would not be arriving that day. They take their money and makes promises that have not been kept. After numerous attempts over the past six months to contact owner, the job still remains uncompleted. I am disabled individual with a fixed income that has respected their line of work and agreed upon a formal contract and the individual's handshake. Their lack of integrity and lack of work ethic has left me feeling that I have been cheated and taken advantage of.
