Never. He replaced our hot water heater... twice. The first one did not work properly so he replaced some parts, which did not improve the situation. He did replace it with a new water heater, but both the temperature and pressure still did not work properly. His assessment was that it was a result of the Grohe products in the bathroom, and he was not familiar with Grohe so we looked for a local plumber who was familiar with the product. The new plumber came in, took the Grohe assembly apart and found no problem with the cartridges. He then went into the basement and quickly discovered that the hot water heater plumbing needed a check valve. He installed the check valve, and everything is working perfectly. We spent $700 to discover that a $40 part that should have been included in the initial installation was the problem. Johnsville response when informed about all of this that he was there to install the hot water heater, not a check valve.
