Whatever you do, do not trust this contractor. It has been 23 months since we began the build for our new home and it is still not finished. We paid for materials for our home they would be delivered and the next day taken off our site to who knows where. We provided a check for the exact amount The Carpet Store invoiced for our hardwood flooring and Jon used this for something other than what was intended. In January we found out he never paid for the flooring and a lien was placed on our property. It has been the worst experience of our lives. We have attempted to communicate with him by calling, leaving voicemails, text and email but have not received any communication from him in more than 11 months. If you have money to burn give it to Jon Comer he will do so and leave you unfinished and will care less.
