My experience with Scace Plumbing was terrible. First of all, it took him three weeks to show up to rough in new plumbing for a new build. He didn't pass inspection on the first inspection and actually called our city inspector an a*& like it was the inspectors fault! He didn't bother to tell me anything about the failed inspection, I was told by the city. On second inspection, he refuses to cover his own lines even though the city inspector, and contractor state he is responsible to cover his work. He would not answer a phone call, but did answer text messages with the comment that this was " pissing him off", and he was not going to cover the lines unless he was paid another $1000 in cash. Terribly unprofessional and I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
