I hired Johnee Quality construction in December 2018 to do rough plumbing for an additional bathroom, laundry connection and refrigerator in my home renovation. He agreed to start work in three days and I paid him advance $1,000 nearly 50%. He did not showed up on the agreed date and stop taking my calls or responding my messages nor he cashed the check. So I have no information of his intention. My work was suffered and the other contractor was waiting him to finish plumbing. After two month in February, he suddenly showed up with plumber and material. Again he did not complete quickly, delayed took almost one month and other contractor still waiting for him to finish to close flour an walls. My heating bill was gone up to 800 times.
After three month may 1, 2019 when my house was completed and final WSSC inspection needed, he again almost refused to do, until i went to the WSSC to find out any solution of this problem. WSSC gave me the plumber telephone number who pulled up permit for this work and also found out that the permit was cancelled in April without my information. After talking with the plumber who pull this permit, he checked the work and get me final without the Chris involvement. -

This was total NIGHTMARE i would always regret using this company it was the most unprofessional work . the boss is so rude he never came out to my home to over see his workers work . he was paid a little over $ 6000.00 , to remodel the outside of my home , total disaster . we are now in court
