Used Matts company for a new roof on our home. Very happy with his bid, all around quality of work, employees and complete overall job. Day and a half completed from tear off to complete. Great job and I will use him for future jobs as needed.

Pro Build Construction, owned by Matthew Jordan, has done numerous jobs for me. Matthew himself did most of the work, along with his fantastic crew. My house was struck by lightening, causing a need to rewire most of it. They had it done in a day, and for a great price. I also had an addition built. Matthews creative ideas, along with his diligent work, gave me beautiful new room. My family has also used this company for new roofs, and general fixes. We are all beyond impressed with the final projects, as well as the whole company's professional work ethics. If we had any questions or concerns, matthew would immediately come out and rectify them, even on a weekend. Matthew Jordan and Pro Build Construction are HIGHLY recommended!

Didn't do a punch list on my house remodel of siding-gutters, fascia doors-etc. When putting cable wires back in place left them hanging from siding did not try to hide the cable. Did not caulk space between brick and siding-left it open. When putting in french doors had to cut into my kitchen floor and did not cut straight across floor-did not caulk the crack between the bottom of the door and kitchen floor. When putting trim around the door he didn't cut it to the floor-he left it about 2 inches above the floor-now I have to figure out how to fix that. I paid $180.00 for a screen door that he attempted to install but did not install and charged me installation. Come to find out the screen does not fit the openings which he knew being a contractor and figuring out easily when he attempted to install. He did not tell me it didn't fit but told me he would call the manufacturer. That was a joke. He installed some motion detector lights in front and in back and installed them upside down and very loosely. Installed a handset and deadbolt on front door-it is crooked. I called him 3 times to come and do the punch list and fix some of the things I felt were sloppy. He did not return my call. Would not have him back or recommend to for any job. His prices on siding and gutters seemed reasonable-however he charges for installing doors was extremely high. His work is pretty sloppy.
