    Air Conditioner/Furnace

Jordan has come out to my home twice. He was sent through Home Warranty (which is the only thing HW has done to my satisfaction.
He repaired the air conditioning unit last July when I first moved into this house. He was professional and knowledgeable and took care of the issue on his first visit. He was here last week to now look at the furnace, which was malfunctioning.
He came out early in the morning, diagnosed the problem and order the part to fix it, he kept in touch by text of the updates and installed it with little disturbance. . He knows what he's doing and has integrity. I will use him again.

    Diagnose and Repair HVAC
    $100

Jordan's Heating and A/C was sent a work order from my Home Warranty company. The owner arrived to his first appointment of the day, which was apparently just down the road, around 9:00AM. After 15 minutes of "diagnostics," he removed the fuse from the control board to check that it was still intact. After he put it back in (reset power to the unit), the fan motor came on and it was stated that "it's running strong now." It had been 76 degrees in my house for 5 days at that point, so I anticipated that it would remain blowing until target temp was achieved sometime that night; which I told him would be the case as it had been that whole week. I was told that in the event it stopped working again, he would be just down the road and I could call or text to let him know the issue had re-occurred. Paid the $100 callout fee (made out to his company) as required by my warranty agreement and he went on his way. Great! We left home the next day (Friday) only to return to a non-working A/C. As you can imagine, phone calls, voicemails, and text messages were sent out. I received one text stating he would be there one afternoon. He never showed up. Waited almost another week before receiving a text stating he would have to submit a request to the warranty company after evaluating the motor. Ghosted again. He made sure to deposit our check during his busy schedule, though. Informed the Warranty company that we were abandoned by our "24-hour emergency service" technician for over a week, and they reassigned the claim to another technician. We're now approaching 3 weeks with a barely limping A/C that I have to reset power to just to get it to come on less than half of the time. Our home warranty assigned the claim to another company who had the issue diagnosed, part ordered, and system repaired within 8 days. Could not be happier with how they conducted themselves after being completely shafted by our first technician. I've worked closely with countless customers to provide services of my own, and have never treated them the way that this company treated us. I'm glad there are other people that have had positive experiences with this service, but we certainly did not.

    Fan Motor for ac
    $307

He could have fixed my fan motor the same day but didn't. Told insurance company he couldn't install a universal motor cause my unit has r22 which fan. Motor has nothing to do with r22. Then schedule to install it 2 days later from 7am to 11am never showed up and then said he be here at 3pm then at 4pm text and said he wasn't going to be able to make it today well come tomorrow. 5 days now just for a fan motor don't hire him for nothing you will get nothing bit trouble

Response from Jordan's Heating & Air Conditioning LLC July 19, 2023
Sorry your home warranty company misinformed you about why the universal couldn't be used in this case and as you said which is correct the motor has nothing to do with r22. You could have called me and I would have explained why the universal motor couldn't be used. Also this is in a time with supply chain issues getting parts and 5 days from diagnosis to repair isn't unusually long

Mini Split Maintenance and part replacement

We had an excellent experience with Jordan for our HVAC issue. Knowledgable and helpful. We have mini-splits that turns out had a leak in a part that Jordan was able to diagnose, order the part and install in a timely fashion. His price felt fair and after seeing his quality and professional work in the matter it was well worth it. We were burned with another company recently and when we asked our local friends who they recommended they suggested Jordan. We can now see why and will certainly use him for our future needs and refer to our friends!
