Like the prior review listed here this guy is a joke. Do yourself a favor if you contract with him, do not pay him in full until all repairs are satisfied. I have been chasing him for close to 2 years to repair a stress crack in a patio he poured. Not to mention after it was initially poured I had to deal with his workers Footprints in my patio 4 9 months until he finally came back. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else.

Let me start by saying this company poured a patio around my pool and left a spot for a waterfall and we never requested this. The pool company apologized and put in a small waterfall to compensate for this. We then contacted Santos Construction to pour a patio and got the run around for 3 months. They finally showed up after 3 missed appointments. They said they would give us a quote on the job the next day and never did. A month a half later after 2 texts Paul finally responds he didn't want the job and go harass someone else. I would say a few phone calls and texts about getting a job done and promise after promise to come out to a REPEAT customer would warrant at least a call back. Also pool patio has shifted and was promised that would be fixed. Still nothing... Stay away from this company!

He did our concrete around our inground pool. Within months it sunk and cracked. After months and months of trying to get it repaired he finally came and only repaired some of the pad. Also attempted to add an additional concrete pad. His workers refused to pour additional or fix the other sinking concrete. I have called, texted, emailed for the past ten months with ZERO response for the repairs and new estimate for a new pad. The concrete is less than two years old and now is comprising the integrity of my inground pool. Completely unprofessional.
