    A 2 week project turned into 7 weeks. A lot of messy work with paint and stucco. Very disorganized and no plans, drawings or milestone payments set forth. In any given day, no matter what you may be in the middle of, you will be blindsided by “I need to be paid now!!” Demanding a zelle payment that instant. Never mind that you are working, it’s the weekend, or you just had surgery…they just suddenly want 3000 dollars at that moment. They cannot seem to afford even though they have no overhead and you’re paying them handsomely, they cannot seem to buy their own water or beverages and rely on you to supply them. Also don’t bother to get Porta potty‘s or find their way a block away to the restroom they want to use your house every day all day so that you have to leave it unlocked. The mess in the restroom I won’t even get into… I definitely don’t recommend

    We unfortunately would not recommend Angel. He took a really long time, it did not end up saving any money, and much of the work was shoddy and not even up to code, and needed to be redone. The one good thing I can say is because of some difficulties on our site, we had to hand dig numerous 20' deep holes for friction piles. Angel was the only contractor we could find who would do what we needed to do.
