Our experience was fine when they sold, paid and installed a Daikin Single Zone Mini Split but now after just 1 year the Daikin doesn't work at all. Compressor seems to run and air handler blows.....just not cold. I have called Jose twice a day every day for two weeks and they just ignore my phone calls. They respond to texts and promise to show up but they never do. Jose keeps saying that he has other jobs and is too busy. His company wasn't too busy to take our money and sell us this unit. Horrible follow up customer service. So buyer beware. This company sucks.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Pride was supposed to call me back but they never did. I don’t even remember how I heard about Joseph’s air conditioning but am thankful I did. I called them for a quote and he said he could do it the next day. I told him I had to transfer money and he said not to worry. The workman showed up the next day at time they promised. All of them worked at an alarming speed and were very polite. Joseph quoted me a price that included everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace an air conditioner. They are top notched workers with impeccable personalities. Very, very satisfied.
