    Replace wooden garage siding, replace rotted wood beams, repair wood beams

    Juan Maldonado and his staff were great, and recently managed considerable cosmetic overhaul to the front of our house. He was detailed in his estimate, thorough in the quality of the work (taking extra time to align edges, hide seams, grind uneven cement that was bowing the previous wood panels, etc.), and even came back to re-do small things that settled differently (like paint over caulk) after a couple weeks. He and his team were friendly, easy to chat with and ask questions and I would very highly recommend to others.
