    Roofing

    Used 2 nails instead of the 6 the required per shingle. Shingle company won't stand behind warranty because of it!!!

    Roof, chimney and gutter repair/replace

    Sanchez construction set a time to go over damages to the house roof and gutters. He was on time, knowledgeable and produced an estimate for the insurance companies review in just a couple days. Has stayed in contact so far for this ongoing project and has provided detailed information on everything that needs to be replaced due to the August 2020 wind storm. We look forward to finally getting the repairs completed. A good experience thus far! We have not hired them yet due to insurance approval but plan to if all is expected.

    bathroom remodeling project

    Jose Sanchez made an appointment for Thrusday and then day of canceled the appointment and rescheduled for Saturday and was a no show no call no text.
