    Joe and his son did a great job on renovating our kitchen (completely gutted) plus one of our bathrooms. Work done was rip out old cabinets, put insulation in outside facing walls, new trim, new wooden flooring, tile wall between the new counters and cabinets. He also retiled our upstairs bathroom walls and floors. We would welcome anyone who wishes to view the results.

    No stars! I'm married to Joey's cousin. He subcontracted five people, one of whom is his son. First, don't trust either the father or the son. Especially the son. Of those five people only one turned out to be trust worthy and good at their job and that was plumber Bill. First, Jorge (George) from Boston Kitchen. He tried to stiff us with almost $1000 of material I specifically told him I didn't want. Largely due to the unnecessary cost. Joey, the father and proprietor, actually agreed. Of that $800+ we got back I think $300-400. So that's the first thing that happened. Then the electrician wasn't only a small minded racist homophobe who didn't try to or couldn't hide it, turned out to be pretty bad at his job as we've come to find out through having to fix his work. He left a live wire uncapped for a few days that my wife tripped a few times which could've seriously hurt her. The painter is less intelligent than most fifth graders. He has no gps. He doesn't know how to eiven download a mapquest page. Christ! He called me wife while she was shopping for street by street directions. THEN, after arriving three hours late, he worked for an hour and RAN OUT OF SUPPLIES! Get this! THEN he asked wife, a complete stranger to her, to climb in his van to help him get to Home Depot. Which is three miles away and all it takes is three right turns. So, of the five there were liars, thieves, idiots, racists and homophobes. The son! Oh boy! We advanced him $11,000 to do two jobs. Of which we immediately decided against one so we could use that money elsewhere. But he never showed up on time. NEVER IF AT ALL! Every single day he gave us one delusional excuse after another. I read him the riot act over a dozen times only because of the familial relationship. I also sat him down TWICE and told him if he did it again I'd fire him! I then gave him six more chances and he failed miserably. But here's the thing! He didn't have ONE DIME of his cousins money. That was in December of 2016. And we are still out $1000 of the original $11K PLUS $3500 for lawyer fees and paying a constable three times to make sure the son, Joseph, was getting the letter from our lawyer. And neither one of them cares. The son in particular is suspect, but so is his father. Google the son. He was debarred from State and Municipal work for three years until last year. AND THERE IS MORE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! It's regrettable that I gave to do this to my wife's relative. But they have NO PROBLEM screwing her!
