This contractor came out to "fluff" up my fake grass and fix three seams. They inserted new fake grass rather than stretch the existing fake grass and now my "lawn" has three dark green stripes. Completely ruined the fake grass that I spent almost $4,000.00 on four years ago. I have called, e-mailed, called again and they will not return my calls. The yard now looks ridiculous and I will have to pay somebody else to repair their mistake or get all new turf. Very disappointed. Would never use Creative Landscape Borders again. Only put one star because I had to.
