    Joe put a new roof on my home. It ended up leaking. I called and he responded quickly but did not have a talk enough ladder. He said "I will be right back". He never returned an also never returned my phone calls. Naturally I called another roofer to fix the problem. The damage inside the house was covered by insurance, but the roof repair was not. I sent the bill for the roof to Joe but he quickly got his lawyer involved. I decided that Joe was a deadbeat and dropped any hope of recouping my money.
